Payment card details may be stored securely by our authorised payment providers (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or Tabby), depending on how you use our services. ctrl. does not directly access or store your full card details.

3. Session Notes & Client Records

Session notes are recorded to support your progress and ensure continuity.
Where practical and possible, notes are anonymised using a client reference number, not your name.
Your personal details and your reference number are stored separately on different secure systems to reduce risk.
Only your assigned coach and authorised ctrl. team members can access this information.

4. Session Recordings

All online sessions are recorded for the purposes of:

Service quality improvement
Safeguarding
Internal training and review

These recordings are stored securely and only accessible to approved coaches and authorised ctrl. staff under confidentiality agreements.

5. Confidentiality & Disclosure

All information shared with ctrl. is treated as confidential. It may be shared internally only when necessary for service delivery, including:

With your assigned coach (who may not be directly employed by ctrl. but operates under a strict confidentiality agreement)
With internal team members for support and service development

ctrl. will never share your personal information with external third parties for sales, advertising, or unrelated purposes.

However, we reserve the right to disclose information:

If we believe there is a genuine safeguarding concern or risk of harm to you or others
