Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At ctrl., we’re committed to providing high-impact coaching and transformation experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following policy outlines our terms for refunds and rescheduling of services.
❌ Refund Policy
1:1 Sessions

Refunds are not available for 1:1 coaching or consultation sessions.

Your booking secures a dedicated time slot and preparation from your coach, which cannot be reallocated at short notice.
Group Programmes & Courses

Refunds are not available once any session has been attended.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled course start date are non-refundable, due to pre-committed resources, group structuring, and scheduling obligations.
7-day Money Back Guarantee on Online Courses (ForHim & ForHer)

7-day money back guarantee will only be applicable if:

The user/client has watched the first three intro videos and first 6 sessions/step videos from week/section 1 as a minimum.

The user/client has NOT watched any further than the first video from section/week 2.

Should the user/client watch Section/week 2 video/step 2 onwards then they will not be eligible for a refund.

If the user/client has watched past section 2 video 2 onwards, then a partial refund maybe be offered at the discretion of the management, so long as the user/client has not started Week/Section 5, and will be up to 50% of the originally purchase price, including any discounts.

To request a refund, stop using the content and email hello@takectrl.ae and make an official request for a refund.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy
1:1 Sessions

You may request to reschedule a booked 1:1 session if the request is made at least 14 days in advance.

A maximum of two sessions can be rescheduled per client or programme.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within the original programme timeframe.

Exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) may be considered if supporting documentation is provided.
Group Programmes & Courses

Rescheduling individual group sessions is not possible, as sessions follow a fixed schedule with multiple participants.

If you are unable to attend a session, you may request a summary or relevant materials, if applicable, but make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

⚠️ No-Show Policy

Missing a session without notice or outside the rescheduling window will count as a used session and is non-refundable.

For group courses, no-shows will not be entitled to refunds or session transfers.
